These Terms govern your use of Liquidity Flux Pro ("we," "us," "the Service"), available at liquidityfluxpro.com. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What the Service is
Liquidity Flux Pro provides subscription-based trading analysis software for active traders. Our software integrates with TradingView to help customers monitor liquidity-sweep setups through chart indicators, dashboards, market alerts, and pair-specific presets. Higher-tier plans may include integrations with third-party alert and automation tools.
What the Service is not
Liquidity Flux Pro is not investment advice, a brokerage, an account-management service, a custody service, or a trade-execution service. We do not custody customer funds, manage accounts, execute trades on behalf of customers, or guarantee trading results.
Risk disclosure
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance and historical research do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, position sizing, risk management, and execution. Liquidity Flux Pro is market-analysis and workflow software, not investment advice.
Accounts and access
Access is provided digitally after payment. Accounts, invite credentials, and presets are for your individual use and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, credential sharing, or chargeback fraud.
Billing
The Starter Pass is a one-time, non-recurring charge. Core, Pro, Pro Annual, and Elite are recurring subscriptions billed automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
Third-party integrations
Optional automation and alert integrations available on Pro and above connect to third-party services that we do not control and are not responsible for. You are responsible for configuring and testing any such integration before relying on it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the Service, and not to use it in a way that violates applicable law or the terms of any third-party platform (including TradingView) it integrates with.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liquidity Flux Pro is not liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
