Refund Policy
14-Day Starter Pass ($19 one-time)
The Starter Pass is a low-cost, one-time payment designed to let you evaluate the manual Core workflow before committing to a subscription. Because it is a short, fixed-duration access pass rather than a subscription, the Starter Pass fee is non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or where we determine in our discretion that access could not be delivered as described.
If you upgrade to Core or Pro within seven days after your Starter Pass expires, the $19 you paid is credited once toward that plan. This credit does not stack with other discounts and is not redeemable for cash.
Core and Pro (monthly subscriptions)
Core and Pro include a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first billing cycle. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, email support@liquidityfluxpro.com and we will refund that charge. Refund requests after the first 30 days are handled as cancellations: you keep access through the end of the current billing period and are not charged again.
Pro Annual ($804/year)
Pro Annual includes the same 30-day money-back guarantee as monthly Pro, measured from your annual payment date. After the first 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you may cancel to stop future renewals.
Elite ($197/month + $197 setup)
The $197 onboarding/setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding or custom workflow calibration has begun. The recurring $197 monthly portion follows the same 30-day money-back guarantee as Core and Pro for your first monthly charge.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Email support@liquidityfluxpro.com from the address you used to purchase, with your order details. We aim to respond within two business days.
Chargebacks and abuse
Access may be revoked for account sharing, abuse, or chargeback fraud, consistent with our Terms.
